I work with individuals who are experiencing crisis, overload, or a difficult life transition. These may include experiences of loss, illness, professional burnout, job loss, or long-term stress that gradually erodes a sense of balance and safety.

In my work, creating a safe and calm space—where one can pause, name what feels difficult, and gradually restore stability—is essential. I combine empathy with solid psychological and neuropsychological knowledge, supporting the process of regulating emotions and tension, and restoring inner balance.

Consultations

I offer psychological support for individuals functioning under conditions of high responsibility and chronic cognitive and emotional load. I work with crisis, overload, fatigue, sleep disturbances, and difficulties with concentration and decision-making.

I support nervous system regulation, the rebuilding of psychological and physiological resources, and the process of learning to work with emotions and boundaries. My work is grounded in current neuropsychological knowledge, without simplifications and without promises of quick fixes.

MasterClass

My trainings are designed for individuals who want to better understand themselves, their reactions, and their limitations, while no longer wanting to function at the expense of their psychological and physiological health. I focus on working with emotions, boundaries, and stress, as well as on rebuilding the resources needed for stable and conscious functioning.

Participants receive practical tools and exercises that help regulate tension, improve concentration, sleep quality, and recovery capacity—adapted to the realities of everyday life and work.

Consultations

If you feel overwhelmed, stuck in a difficult moment, or experiencing a loss of balance, a consultation can offer a space to pause and calmly reflect on what is happening for you.

I work with individuals experiencing long-term stress, fatigue, sleep difficulties, excessive tension, and a sense of emotional disorientation. In a safe and supportive setting, we work together to make sense of what feels overwhelming and to find ways of regulation and gradual restoration of stability.
