I am Patrycja Wisniewska

Who Am I?

I have always been interested in what happens beneath the surface.
Not only behavior itself, but also what precedes it: tension in the body, nervous system overload, and the ways stress, fatigue, and life experiences are encoded in the mind and the brain.

Before psychology became my profession, it was for a long time observation.

Of people. Of boundary situations. Of reactions under conditions of pressure, responsibility, and constant readiness. Working and living in international environments, including aviation, allowed me to closely observe how people function when there is no room for error and rest often becomes a luxury.

I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in neuropsychology.
I am currently studying aviation psychology, deepening my understanding of human functioning under conditions of high cognitive, emotional, and physiological load. My professional interests focus on the neuropsychological mechanisms of chronic stress, nervous system regulation, sleep, fatigue, and their impact on cognitive, emotional, and decision-making functioning.

Over the past years, I have intensively developed both academically and practically, participating in courses, trainings, and programs grounded in current scientific knowledge and ethical standards. I am closely aligned with an approach that integrates neuroscience with emotional and bodily experience—without simplifications, without “quick fixes,” and with attentiveness to individual context and personal history.

In my work, I place particular emphasis on:

  • learning to recognize and set healthy boundaries,

  • working with emotions that, in high-responsibility environments, are often suppressed or ignored,

  • learning to let go of excessive control and perfectionism,

  • supporting physiological well-being: sleep, recovery, circadian rhythm, and basic bodily needs,

  • understanding how stress and fatigue affect attention, memory, impulsivity, and decision-making.

I do not believe in universal solutions.
I believe in process — in the gradual restoration of balance, agency, and connection with oneself. In work that is not about “fixing,” but about understanding mechanisms and learning how to regulate what has long been overloaded or ignored.

The space I create combines solid psychological knowledge with real-world experience of working with people under pressure. This is a space for those who want to better understand themselves, their nervous system, and their boundaries — and for those who feel they no longer want to function at the expense of themselves.

If you are here, you may be in a moment of pause, overwhelm, or transition. Wherever you are coming from, we can meet here in a calm and non-judgmental space.

First Psychological Aid

A crisis is a normal response of a healthy functioning individual to a traumatic/critical event. A crisis can affect anyone of us, and it’s a natural part of life. Regardless of age, gender, status, or other factors, we don’t always manage to find the right tools to overcome a crisis. While a crisis itself is not an illness, without proper support, it can lead to the development of serious disorders. By providing psychological first aid, I work on the RAPID model following the guidelines of the WHO.

What is

Post-Crisis Development

My post-crisis development program is based on neurotraining, which is a process of mental training where you’ll learn the ability to adopt different perspectives. I will show you how to look at opposing ideas with curiosity. You will undergo a transformation: from confusion to clarity and concrete thinking. You will break out of the box of limitations and mental claustrophobia. You will leave your problems far behind and focus on achieving your goals. Until finally, as a result, you will free yourself from helplessness and weakness.
